Meet the Team

We are a team just like a family, made up of qualified, caring, and professionally trained individuals who believe in providing, a safe, effective, responsive, caring and well led home where everyone feels like an individual, we value our training and workforce development, we have individual staff members who have specific training to be champions in Palliative Care and Mental Health. We aim to provide an individual personal centred care experience for everyone. The team are the main asset here at Holly Bank and make the house a home. We are proud to say as a home we very rarely use agency staff, unless for absolute emergencies, our residents just like any other family get to see regular familiar faces.  Our staff team consists of a Manager, a deputy, 4 Shift leaders, a housekeeper, a home cook, and 18 shift assistants, an accounts admin, all highly trained unique individuals.

Daniel Beaumont

Nominated Individual / Owner

Daniel has achieved his NVQ 2,3,4,and 5 in Health and Social Care and achieved a  level 5 diploma in Management. He has over 23 years experience in the Health Care sector with 18 years as a CQC Registered Manager, achieving a Good rating in previous and current post. Daniel is now the Nominated Individual and owner overseeing the home.

Natalie Hirst

Registered Manager

Natalie has achieved her NVQ 2,3,4 and a level 5 Diploma in Health and Social care, and is currently completing her level 7. Natalie has worked at Holly Bank for over 10 years, she has worked her way through care assistant up to Deputy Manager, and is now the homes Registered Manager. Natalie knows every aspect of the roles within the home. Natalie is also our Medication Champion, Mental Health Champion, and end of life champion.
