Natalie and the team are wonderful. They treat Mum and the other residents with so much love and respect. My sister and I visited many care homes before choosing Holly Bank and we knew straight away it was a special place. The care feels very personalised and has allowed my Mum to move into a new phase of life that may not have been wanted or planned, but one she is able to enjoy and where she feels safe and happy.

My mum has enjoyed living at Holly Bank since June '25, and I feel lucky to have found it. The team not only treats my mum like their family member, we're welcomed as part of the team too.
